A feature of the public education system in NSW is the opportunity to provide time in class for education in ethics, faith and morality from a religious or non-religious perspective at the choice of parents.

At Arncliffe Public School, SRE, SEE and non-scripture are delivered on Friday afternoons: Years 3-6 from 12-12.30pm and Kindergarten to Year 2 from 12.30-1pm.
We offer the following SRE Options:

If you have declined for your child to attend SRE above, you can also select to attend SEE:
- Special Education in Ethics (SEE). SEE is provided by Primary Ethics. For more information about SEE, including the authorised curriculum scope and sequence, please visit the Primary Ethics website
- Non Scripture. Supervised session of Alternative Meaningful Activities (AMA).
Upon enrolment, parents/carers will be given an SRE/SEE participation letter to complete and return. Unless otherwise advised, students will continue in the same arrangement as previous years, unless a parent/carer has requested a change in writing.
